scratch that i got them working they are very nice. Good call with the watermark too. Sadly i dont have the cash for the full version... :(

i downloaded the trials and it seems that premiere elements may not be compatible, as when i try to import an effect it wont read the file types

It should, because AFAIK Premiere Elements uses the same plugin interface as Premiere Pro. We haven't tested it, because the plugin costs more than Premiere Elements, and we didn't expect much demand in using them together.
