Thanks for the excellent info!! I've been exercising 3-5 days a week for anywhere from 40 to 60 minutes. I have been on a weight loss journey and have lost 43 pounds so far. I still need to lose over 150, so I have a long way to go.

@JBsfitnessquest, thank you for the video. Part of the reason why I do exercise is because I do suffer depression. One of my therapist actually got me off the couch to start walking about a year or two ago to help reduce the depression. Also, I am trying to lose weight (to date I have lost 25 pounds) so that I will be healthy. Again, great video and good informaiton. I do not think I am at that point yet.

i need to excessively exercise im over weight lol. im almost 300lbs thats why i need positive feedback on my video about motivation

one of the biggest mistakes in training is over training.....well put...lots of good information in your video...thumbs up!!!!

xtawnybirdx- just remember that too much of a good thing isn't a good thing; exercise but rest when needed
SlimitdownnowB450- your therapist is right keep up the good work and just be careful not to overdo it all the time working out hard is great just not all the time
