This is amazing footage captured in 1080p of the best shelf cloud I have seen to date coming ashore off Lake Michigan in Grand Haven, MI. I arrived somewhat early for the show and setup on the public beach just south of the State Park in Grand Haven and managed to capture this incredible scene.
While the winds were very sub severe (I measured 22.8MPH on my anemometer), the structure was breathtakingly beautiful. This storm definitely takes the cake for the best shelf cloud to date.
