This is a quick run through of how I completed my matte painting assignment for class. The cables hanging from the ceiling were done in Maya and sway back and forth.

  • Thanks thgz and IanLeoTV.

MEizDaRk the cracks are subtle, but show up in the final piece.

Joristudio no light plugin was used. All painted in photoshop except for the cables at top. Cables lit using normal lighting in Maya.

  • @MEizDaRk Trust me. The little things stack up to make an image look good.

  • This is awesome! :)

  • why would you put the cracks on the boy's skin if they are not even visible at the finished painting?
