@mjpyeatt John uses tube amps so no not really
-
Do you know if this will work on the Adrenalinn II as well? I know you can upgrade the II
-
This is too much wah. Not his tone at all.
-
does the adrenalinn III ruin tube tone?
-
@sinfonico87 check out an envelope filter pedal
-
is there any auto-wah that sounds close to this??
-
wish I could afford one!
-

What is the preset????

@YolondaHayes
To get the pulsing filter sound used on the opening chord riff, set PRESET to 73.
To get the auto-wah sound used on the melody line that follows the opening chord riff, set Preset to 160.
To get the drumbeat, Set Drumbeat to 1 and Tempo to 84.

I haven't got an adrenalinn but I'd like to get the sound with other effects...is the "muffledness" all the autowah, or have you got the tone controls down...or anything else??

@EJ1202 For this video I used the autowah and a bit of fuzz. But the fuzz isn't necessary. And about the tone controls, I presume your only thinking about the tone controls on the guitar, but on the A3 you've got endless tone controls for each effect and filter... Therefore I don't think it's relevant what I used because you can't compare it to anything else (other guitar/amp/effect), I'll just be misleading. Use your ears :) Good luck!

@lobbert Aah, I see...whenever I try a standard Autowah, even with tweaking of filter frequency and sensitivity, it still sounds far crisper than the Adrenlinn does...but thanks anyway, I'll keep tweaking! ;)

@EJ1202 Well, if it sounds to crisp, try turning up your amp and roll off your guitar volume, use the neck/middle pickup, roll of the tone knobs as well.
The biggest difficulty is the guitar volume, because just playing a bit harder on the strings makes the sound more piercing and "crisp".
