@murwo78 Oh and even if you think you're eating enough and you're not gaining any weight....you're not eating enough. If you're staying at the same weight you're only eating to your maintenance. Up your cals and you'll see some gains.

@murwo78 If you're naturally skinny and dont gain fat get your calories anyway you can. If it fits your macros, eat it. Any junk. If you want to get big ditch the cardio. It's a waste of calories. You work your cardio vascular system when lifting. Make sure you squat and deadlift. They are great compound exercises to help you add size and train your whole body. Lift heavy whenever you#'re training.

@NRGPhuk I doubt that, its one or the other. And why would anyone do a prohormone if they can get anavar? No one would stack 2 methyls. She seems smart. I doubt shes on anything major, she still has little to no viralization, and the body doesnt look that big muscularly. Shes cut like that all the time. So Ill stick with she has done a few anavar cycles, with maybe some Prov. Nothing too serious.
