A poem I wrote when I left London to live in Exeter for a year.

  • Awesome! loved the poem. SomeGreyBloke recommended you. Subscribed. Actually you're my 100th Subscription. Will that change the world? I doubt it. But Cheers just the same.

  • 100th sub and 300th view of the video - now if that isn't world changing I don't know what is, aside from war, reform, global warming......if everyone jumped and landed at exactly the same time?

  • @longclawson that's pretty cool, Stratford-upon-Avon. is it a small town or pretty big? definitely historic, one of history's most famous writers. One of the places i definitely have to visit, if I ever go to England again, which I know I will

  • London is so cool. I went there when i was 9 back in 2004. I don't remember too well, but what i do was great. Except the weather, which was weird for an L.A. boy. I'd really like to go back there, now that I'm 16. And maybe without adults who limit you. I want to go to the places she described. I mean, young kids are supposed to be more observant right. good poem, don't know if it should, but it reminds me of Shakespeare. not saying all British poetry is the same

  • Whoa. *blink*

    Amazing.

I feel like a stalker now.

  • Proper Bo Shakespeare! I'm from bloody Stratford-upon-Avon too.......

    Cheers, Mark (UK).

  • What a lucky city to receive such an eloquent farewell.

  • now i know why your English teacher has such faith in you...(mike from the OG bus)

  • words escape me.

  • I am intrigued by you! You are fascinating, even though I have a hard time understanding your accent. I thought I knew this language all right, but apparently not well enough. I live in the US so it is a good excuse for me ;-) Keep up posting more!
