    Every black person is bilingual lol a comedian said it best..meaning white America often won't take minorities seriously in business or politics unless they sound "extra proper" so often times to get employed and stay employed the school-based English must be "engaged"..it's not as strict as it was years ago but it's true. I'm talking about those that don't "naturally" speak proper English all the time.
