umm, sometimes mine wont recognize it either. If the computer recognizes it, but the software doesn't just close it and restart the program. If the computer doesnt recognize theres probly something wrong with your cable or USB port.

@joeymaster1 on sansa converter, click the help button in the right corner and go to converting video files. there is a list of all video types it can convert. so you can choose any on the list to convert on the youtube converter. hope this helps!
