  • Lol i am a cosmetologist and been one for 3 years..neater partings, and sections contribute to how a haircut will result. A single comb has wide teeth aka for thick/textured hair, fine tooth for finer hair. Wide teeth help to part the hair also..same comb used. Sometimes if a person is uneducated about the tools they use, then there is no point to using all these fancy tools. Same cut can be done with a simple comb.

  • Triangular partings would result in more of a graduated cut with softer lines, correct? and square would result in a blunt, more defined line. That's what I am understanding from the video.

Dawn, can you please explain the difference between expensive and inexpensive combs. I understand why a quality comb would last longer but not why it would produce a higher quality haircut.

  • thank you~~~

  • I recommand you to get some italian or japanese clips because is not really comfortable let the hair falls on clients face.

  • More Softer (win)

  • cool thanks :)

  • CRAP!

  • WTF IS THIS??

  • the parting has nothing to do with your design line! 14 years of doing hair tells me that!
