After popping regular popcorn, cover it with chocolate that is made from 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk, 2 tablespoons of light corn syrup, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and a dash of salt. Create a no-bake chocolate-covered popcorn snack with help from a private chef and caterer in this free video on snack recipes.

  • Yeah but is it soggy at all?? Just curious. Thanks.

  • @maltadude

    its actually "eHow"

  • how about melting a chocolate bar and pouring it on the popcorn?!?

  • not even close

  • That chocolate sauce looks pretty messy. It would less messy to temper some regular milk or dark chocolate. I spread the popcorn on a cookie sheet and drizzle the tempered chocolate on top and let it harden. I like to add chopped nuts and toffee chips on mine before the chocolate hardens.
