Elizabeth Snead talks about the impact on Hollywood of the Egyptian crisis. In particular, Angelina Jolie's film, Cleopatra, set to film this fall in Cairo.
Is the epic in jeopardy. Will they put the film on hold or find another location and make it look like Egypt.?

  • I totally disagree with angelina jolie playing Cleopatra..I heard Liz Taylor didnt want aJolie to portray her

  • They can easily shoot the film in Hollywood and pull it off. Think of Carry On Cleo, which was a film about Cleopactra filmed in England. I dont mind Angelina Jolie and BTW, this new Cleopactra film should try and be less than 3 hours.

  • Jolie's version of Cleopatra could shoot the 'Egypt' scenes in maybe Morocco, India, or S. California where 'The Scorpion King' was shot. The Alexandria/Rome sequences could be filmed in maybe Malta, Greece, and Italy.
