@Nicap2 Please, GO do you're trolling somewhere else! You can't be serious! Yeah, Roy Wood was great, but he quit ELO during the recording of the second album. Jeff rode his coattails? Really?? Is that why Jeff declined the first time Roy asked him to join the Move? Roy asked him a second time, and then the only reason Jeff joined was because they were interested in forming a totally different band altogether (ELO). RW would never have been able to take ELO where JL did.

jeffs a great talent..great musician, arranger and a terrific producer..the best album mccartney made in years was "flaming pie" with jeff lynne co-producing....what i cant understand is why paul did not make another cd with jeff...he blows away the producers he's used since...

I wish he would have asked more questios about the "album" - that should have been New World Record - after Face The Music". I think NWR was their best album. Nice interview.
