@zainkan007 me too, I think it is from the cooling fan failure in these models. I only had mine for a lil over 2 years and have the same problem. To fix I think you would need a new motherboard, and a new fan to make sure that one doesn't get corrupt either. My aswell just get a new laptop. I'm done with HP.

be forewarned. the keys are CRAP. They wear out very easily. Then, they eventually die. I had to replace my keyboard after less than 2 years of use. Although, i am heavy-handed typer, the keys should not have worn out so easily. My dell is much older and not a single key is missing.
