@MariosBody Not entirely true.. you can see a bit of a difference in 2 weeks. I gained a little after 2 weeks of training hard but not much.. you can see it though.

your a douchebag! .... thinking to get results for just training 2 weeks. it takes years to be big. and you wil get your first pound of muscle after 1 month, when eating a lot of carbohydrates and proteïn!

mostly hanhchampions work outs? except for his deadlifts and squats since i don't have a belt to start on those 2 workouts yet.
