we need to focus on all children receiving equal education. when we focus on separating the groups, we keep fostering the culture of discrimination. let's focus on educating all kids, not on black education, white education, and hispanic education.

@GGLebo23 there is no ethnic correlation of iq. there is enviromental factors. but when different ethnicities, let's face it there is only one race, are faced with the same environmental conditions, they perform similarly. the africans that come to the us, or the uk, are better educated than other groups, so they do perform better. but, they are not a good representative of the crossection of african population.

All of your information simply says that most Africans, AA's, & Hispanic Americans simply do not have the same education as whites. Where are you getting the information that says they are the best educated? Why do studies say that African Immigrant children do better than whites in Britain? Wow, so are you admitting that education and not heredity is the main factor? Give it up already. Your saying blacks are naturally dumber and yet African immigrants do WAY better than white borns & white immigrants? How is that possible if it's out of there cognitive abilities? Your argument makes no sense.
