Your septum actually has whats called a "sweet spot" an place right at the tip of the inside of the nose, that has NO catriledge, that's where you should be looking to. So no, not all of your nose is cartiledge. other than that and the fact you didn't mention gloves, it was a great instructional video, I also buy my needles from Painfulpleasures

It doesn't hurt I disinfected the needle and my nose and put ice on it for 20 mins I didn't even feel it and I used a sewing needle...
