E. coli is sinking cucumber growers

A fresh Dutch harvest of 30,000 cucumbers today is destined for the rubbish bin. Europe's deadly E. coli outbreak has producers facing ruin. Their market has disappeared, but the source of the contamination remains a mystery.




The European Commissioner for agriculture said: "I understand that EU national authorities or those elsewhere are concerned about protecting consumers, and are taking measures to ensure that. But I also say that we must keep these measures in proportion, and to do that we must isolate the problem."

What has happened here is the farmers used cow manure to fertilize the earth, however the use of plant growth hormones such as thimann, auxin,gibberellin, and ethylene has caused the chlorophyll and photosynthesis process to absorb the toxic E coli of the manure into the plant itself simply because it grew at the speed of man and not on mother earths time. Probably exacerbated by ammonium nitrate fertilizer. I will bank the fact the strain of E coli will be found in the fertilizer.

Eating spanish cucumbers is safe. What it's not safe is travelling to Hamburg in particular and Germany in general. Angela Merkel is trying to destroy southern Europe economies. The only person afected in Spain was traveling through northern Germany recently. There are 36 cases of E. coli suspected in Sweden, a few cases in Britain, Denmark, France and Holland, all of them people traveling in northern Germany.
