Fats Domino survived Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, but he lost a great deal of memorabilia in that tragedy; however, the memories are still there along with his music like "Let The Four Winds Blow", Top 20 during the summer of '61.
OMG!!!!....This is a gold mine I am discovering here....OMG!!!!.....another fantastic masterpiece....WOW!!!!!......First time I have heard this tonight....Absolutely beautiful......God bless you Fats Domino.....You are FANTASTIC!!!!!!!
Oh thank you so much for profiling our favorite hometown guy!! Every time I drove to work, I passed by the side street where his house was located. We no longer live in the New Orleans area (a by-product of living in the path of Katrina too). But Dick Clark said it best..... "He is the sweetest man I ever met!" Would you also have "Walking to New Orleans," "Blueberry Hill," and some others? ;=)
Thank you so much for a wonderful memory of "Home!"
