@midlo305 ya i found that out the hard way switching while pulling out of mcdys i thaught i had mine on 50hp and it was high idle it killed the truck is this good or bad for it>>???
-
@snrub92 most high idle tunes are not meant to drive on
-
@snrub92 Aids in warmup and running an winch/ heavy electrical load. When your truck is warm/ no load then shut it off.

I'm trying to figure out how you did it...did you pop off that panel under the steering wheel that gives access to the fuse panel? And just go up fromt here?
-
Glad i saw this, i was thinking about the php chip and i'm sick of turning the truck off at the drive through

Wow i love wher eyou mounted your chip. Mine just kind of drapes over my steering wheel column and rests right above my right knee. Is she sturdy being mounted there? Any woble? How difficult was it?

It's not difficult to mount at all. The bezel pops right off for easy access. Takes only about 5 minutes to drill and mount the switch. :-) Most folks trim the alignment dowel on the switch in order to orient the switch in whatever position they like. Some set it up so the the switch points at specific "clock" positions to match the switch position (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6) and others set it up so that it is marker is pointing up (9:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 1:30, and 2:30). Just a matter of choice.
