I'm a 11 year fine natural myself and curious why spring/summer my hair is real full with defined spiral curls, but winter, no great curl definition and dull looking. What would you recommend?

Finally a natural hair chick I can relate to! i have fine/thin hair and have no clue how to style it, so I've been wearing sew-ins for over a year...its tiem for me to learn how my own hair works. Thanks for the channel!!!!!

@desireales72 it took me some time. It's not easy but the more you learn your hair the more you realize what works for your hair style and maintenance wise. Don't give up:)

@merlin12345100 Thank you. LOL Definitely working on some more things but ultimately adding more moisture, protein treatments, and vitamins has helped my hair tremendously. L-Lysine and Biotin are great for thin hair. Do you currently take any vitamins?
