that is amazing, they touched you!!! It must be so special! I really wanna go on a trip like that. I dream of seeing primates in their natural habitats. Why company did you book with? I was thinking with Geckos, what do you recommend ?

It was amazing. I actually didn't book with any company. I got my permit directly through the Uganda Wildlife Authority. Then worked my way by boda-boda (motorcycle) to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. It was an adventure!

How long did it take you to hike to find the gorillas? Where did you stay? Did you also go on drive safaris or boat safaris? We're trying to book our safari trip to Uganda with two kids: 12 and 14 (not big hikers.) Can you recommend anything?
