- Go to bed, when you are really sleepy and with no food in the stomach.
- Before and during sleep, breathe only through your nose (if you cannot, learn the "Breathing exercise to unblock the nose").
- Do not sleep on your back (avoid supine sleep) at all. If this is your problem, learn the therapy and method "How to prevent sleeping on the back".     Yeah, when you get billions of pounds selling a solution to something, you can definitely spend a few millions to prove that it exists. It's one of the biggest cons of the pharmaceutical companies. Do some research on the net and you'll see the evidence. The research you're taking about was put in a context that makes the ADHD real. Sorry to disappoint you - but there's nothing wrong with you. You do not suffer from anything. You are bored with daily life ;-)

  • I have ADHD so my mind goes phew every time I try to sleep. :( I do write everything down on paper then I pass out. :)

    There is no such a thing as ADHD - you are simply bored with the stuff that you normally do. Find what excites you and only do that.

  • Whoa, when I felt myself falling asleep, I immediately had to wake myself up because I never fell asleep that fast and I got scared . But sence it's 3 in the morning I guess I better just let it happen

  • @TheLoneWolf1124 It's a typical thing that happens to all humans. It'll never go away until you speak to her and tell her about that. Do it and watch the magic unfold. She will love you for that! Just be polite and responsible - make sure that she understands that it's nothing to do with her - just your stupid thoughts.
