they're remaiking this soon to the kung fu kid, w jackie chantaking over the role pf pat morita and jaden smith-- will smith's kid as ralph macchio. i like that kid, but isn't he a bit too young to play the role? btw, where's the music?!?!?!

This movie is another masterpiece in this wonderful franchise. Ralph Macchio and Pat Morita were brilliant as always. Tamlyn Tomita and Danny Kamekona were great too but I still missed Macchio's screen mother, she was very impressive in original movie. Anyway, The Karate Kid 2 was great sequel. They put more philosophy in it plus we can find out more about Miyagi's origin. I miss the 80's
