Tanglang demonstration Warsaw 2003 (SGH)

Pokaz tanglangmen Szkoła Główna Handlowa kwiecień 2003. celem tego pokazu zorganizowanego przez SGH było pokazanie wielu sztuk walki między innymi Tae Kwon Do, Viet Vo Dao, BJJ, Kung Fu itd. Nasz pokaz skonstruowaliśmy tak aby pokazać najważniejsze punkty naszego treningu formy ręczne (mei hua lu Tomek), formy podwójne z bronią (shuang dao dui shuang tou she Łukasz i Mariusz), formy z bronią (yan qing dao Bartek), techniki utwardzania przygotowujące do wolnej walki (ba kao Łukasz i Mariusz), techniki tanglang shuai fa (rzutu, podcięcia Tomek/Mikołaj, Piotrek/Bartek) oraz wolną walkę, zhongji sanda według zasad z Yantai (Łukasz i Piotrek) walka była nieukładna ale oczywiście na treningach nie walczymy w ten sposób :).

This show, organized by Warsaw School of Economics was to show the many martial arts including Tae Kwon Do, Viet Vo Dao, BJJ, Kung Fu, etc. Designed with our demonstration to show the important points of our training - hand form (mei hua lu - Tomek), two man forms with weapons (shuang shuang dui dao she tou - Łukasz and Mariusz), weapons form (yan qing dao - Bartek), hardening exercises, preparation for free fight (ba kao - Łukasz and Mariusz), Tanglang shuaifa techniques (throwing, sweeping - Tom / Nicholas, Piotr / Bartek) and in the end a free fight, zhongji sanda according to the principles of Yantai (Łukasz and Piotrek) the fight was really free not directors, but of course in training we do not fight so hard :).

Good performance! But I think the free sparring should have a head gear or gloves so that the fight can be more free-ler and have adequate protection.
