Great exercise for the glutes and quads. Good stretch for the rectus femoris of the rear leg. Use this as a stepping stone to single leg squats.

  • @bobbyd7085 i try it today, 25 for leg, i was crying. i cannot believe this exercise is so so hard!

  • why only 6 reps per leg?

    you should be doing at least 25 or 30 man!
