@sdegroot1 It's a 29 Gallon Tank, and I started with about 24 adult roaches, and in a little under a year I now have well over a hundred :)

@ZMAN181 I give them dry dog food as their main food source at all times and supplement that with occasional feedings of fresh fruits and vegetables twice a week, and yeah at the time I was using alfalfa pellets as bedding but it was becoming expensive so now I'm using cage carpet they also have a tendency to bury so the carpet makes cleaning easier.
For water I use a water absorbent polymer crystals which I rehydrate and then submerse in water to both provide water and prevent drowning.

Interesting Video. What do you feed your roaches? I noticed alfalfa pellets in there. What do you use for water? They all look so healthy and content.
