http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/dainese-avro-race-suit The newest suit offering from industry powerhouse Dainese is the Dainese Avro Race Suit, featuring a brand new and exclusive patented technology from Dainese. In addition their standard D-Skin leather, S1 stretch paneling, bi-axial elasticated inserts, and astromemory inserts, the new Second Skin material is truly revolutionary in that it is S1 stretch fabric with leather laminated to the outer shell, providing both mobility and abrasion resistance. This is easily one of the most comfortable suits on the market. With CE rated armor in the shoulders, elbows and knees, the Avro also has co-injected titanium shoulder sliders and GP-style replaceable knee bucks. Second only to the Dainese Trickster in their lineup of race suits, the Avro will provide exceptional comfort and performance on the track.

  • Do you lose any safety or performance benefits going from a 1 piece suit to a 2 piece?

  • @vmjr748 Not really. You can zip the two pieces together creating one badass suit!

  • how diiferent is the construction, material and fit as compared to the 2 piece Avro? Are the materials and safety levels very different?

  • @jgp666 Right now it doesnt look like the 2 piece Avro is available in the states. My guess is its just the 1 vs 2 piece aspect, but until I get my hands on one I can't be sure. Sorry to not be more help.

  • why would I buy this over the Redline?

  • @AJ87Bs If comfort was your main concern. This fit is extremely comfort over a traditional construciton.

  • Are the Dainese suits more for outside the boots or inside the boots?

Most suits and 2 piece suits have the boots wore on the inside.

  • This is really appealing to me because i am 6'2, 240, 38 waist and 30 inseam.. with big calves n quads overall muscular body type.... there are no suits that seem to fit me, nothing quite "Stretches".. i was wondering if there was a size that would come close to fitting my body type?
