SSF 0.11 Alpha R2 - NiGHTS Into Dreams In-Game Footage

NiGHTS Into Dreams USA running under the Sega Saturn emulator, SSF, version 0.11 Alpha R2.

NiGHTS Into Dreams ran quite well. The only noticeable flaw was a small graphical glitch on the left side of the screen. It seems to be overscanning into an area that wouldn't normally be seen on a TV. The game maintained a solid 60fps. Some tearing can be seen, but this is due to the fact SSF does not support vsync in windowed mode. In full screen, this tearing would not be present.

If you're using an ISO, you will need to either burn it to CD or load it on to a virtual drive with a tool like DaemonTools (recommended). Once you have it mounted to the virtual drive, you need to go into SSF's settings and set it to use that drive opposed to your computer's physical drive. After that, you will want to set the region in SSF to the one that matches your ISO. If it's still not loading properly, then there is a possibility you have a bad rip of that game.

I was trying to get it to work but it says it can't read my game at all. I have the bios right but The only thing I can see it the SEGA Saturn Menu. that is it help me play and tell me how to play JAP and ENG games for it too.

Since your getting to the menu, you at least know your BIOS is working. How are you trying to load your game? Is it through the physical CD-ROM drive on your computer or are you using an ISO mounter like DaemonTools?

Hi, could you help me? I pretty much have the same problem on all the versions of NiGHTS that I downloaded:there's no FMVs, or menu music, and the first 2levels run flawlessly until I get scored and NiGHTS just hangs there, with no boss appearing and my only option is to close SSF. I don't know what it is, because other games that I have like Astal and Resident Evil run flawlessly, and I've downloaded like 8 different versions of NiGHTS and the problem's the same. Help would be much appreciated

I play this on ssf but its slow. Not like laggy or anything, just slow like the music and stuff.

I had this problem on my laptop that has a lower standard video card and when I moved to my normal pc it was fixed, so It's probably the video card, I'm not sure
