Great steel guitar playing by Bill Johnson, great song from Buddy Mize and the usual great performance by Marty. This went to number 3 in the Country charts and stayed in the chart for 18 weeks.

I am listening to this one for the very first time. As usual, Marty did an excellent job with this song. Love it! So sorry he left us so early.

I love to hear him singing such a song, since he REALLY had one of the most faithful and happy marriages of any man I've known of. With all the women he could have had, he so loved his wife. What a lucky woman she was!!

I don't get tired of listening to this one. I think Marty had one of the best singing voices ever to come out of country music, up there with Ray Price and Jim Reeves. The pedal steel playing by Bill Johnson is superb. Great, real, country music.

Bill Johnson, the steel guitar player, has passed away. His funeral is today in Camp Hill, Alabama.
