@xnenaxo You may benefit from washing your hair with straight lemon juice. It has cleaning properties & contains a lot of oils which would be moisturizing for your hair & scalp. You'll need a comb in the shower to work out the tangles under the water. You may also benefit from washing with just water & using lemon juice on the ends. If that doesn't work maybe washing with water & using a small amount of natural conditioner will work. Can't say for sure. It's definitely a trial & error process.

@xnenaxo Exactly! You're welcome. The savings include rarely or never having to go to the doctor. :0)

@xnenaxo I don't use any other products. Just clay for washing & maybe a lemon juice conditioning rinse before the clay. I try to let my hair air dry but occasionally I'll use a dryer if I'm in a hurry. I also use a flat iron tool that curls my hair when I want it curled. It's hard to say what would be best for your hair. It depends on if your hair & scalp are dry, oily or normal & if your hair is course or fine.

@xnenaxo When you eat a very clean diet like this one, you stop having body odor of any kind. The delicate areas of the body have a very delicate PH balance & when you use soap on those areas, it throws off the PH balance. Imagine putting soap in your eyes or mouth...they're very similar. I've had people tell me that their gynecologist's told them not to use soap on those areas to avoid infections & other problems. It only seems gross because we've been led to believe we have to use soap. :0)

@drivertv666 Baking soda really cleans the hair and scalp of impurities. I have since switched from baking soda to using clay. I like that much better. :0)

@greeneondine I use Bob's Red Mill baking soda. You can get it at Whole Foods and most health food stores. If you can't find it in the stores, you can always find it on Amazon. :0)
Is your hair naturally blonde? or brunette?
