poor taste in wrestling? Any wrestling fan who has brains instead of garbage inside his/her head knows Kelly Kelly is an awful wrestler and an insult to the women's division.

@fm95master That Sable era would have been the worst period ever for WWF/E women's wrestling (one tough, dedicated wrestler after the other all getting owned by a fitness model taught a couple of moves) if it wasn't for what immediately followed. Debra 'winning' the belt by having her clothes pulled off, then 70-someting Moolah, The Kat and Harvey Wippleman all made champion. That was WCW-level wrestlecrap.

@fm95master Judging by the make-up and attire she wore while making her debut by attacking Blaze on Raw, I expect she was going to be a Monster Ripper type character before Nakano got fired and that planned feud got nixed.

@deanduke27 Yep! Bertha was a Beast down in Japan as the "Monster Ripper". Jackie, Ivory, Luna all fell "victims" of Sable that made out of the womens division a "Boobs & Butts" show. After she left, things picked up again with Victoria, Jazz, Lita, Trish, Chyna & a few others that worked for a better division. Till Vince, Johnny Ace, Michael Hayes and Kevin decided to push down the women & showcase them only as a weak eye candy, in girly matches that are not allowed to outshine any males.

@fm95master Agreed; according to Bret Hart, back in 1995 Rhonda Singh (as Bertha Faye) was told by WWF not to do certain moves as they were reserved for the males. They have had women since the attitude era like Jacqueline who could have had really skilful, stiff, ten-minute matches but were forced to take part in T 'n A squash bouts and put over girls with far less skill.
