How to tell if your Bose headphones are FAKE!!

Sorry abotut he lighting, I had the camera in a sot for good close-up shots. Thats why it gets darker and such.So I WILL get my money back!!!BTW I got some footage of the storm we had. its not very good cus it was dark but i did get some pics of the radar on the tv so I will show you that sometime!!

Just to let you know, the boxes of the legit headphones look different now, my box is black and blue and has white lettering, so packaging appearance is not a consistent solution to verifying but calling about the serial still helps.

@slybuster Bose takes their loss of profits due to counterfit products pretty seriously...threaten to report them unless they refund you...also, if it's a physical store, take a picture of their stock before you give them the ultimatum...tell them that you'll email it along with the complaint (that way they can't bank on denial that they're selling unlicensed bose products (and black market ones at that),,,like if you want to know how it goes tomorrow

I forgot my headphones at home one day so I stopped at a pawn shop (yeah, I know) and bought the only type of (unused) earbuds they had--it was either this or pay $130 for fake beatz. I paid $40 for them. I wouldn't care so much but the sound quality on the fakes is pretty bad (they pop, low volume. and almost everything sounds like mono). I intend to make the dealer refund me (if they don't, Bose has a call department and email that can be called); use this fact to threaten and get $ back.

fank you. i am come from china and make many good bose headphone. now i know what serial number to put on box and headphone. now i make very good headphone that will be real. i make box and headphone but have hard time making font on inside of headphone straight. i do better now. now customers will buy very good heaphone.
