  • darkmossie633,

Bait Casting style reels don't have drags that zing. That zing sound is part of the excitement of catching these fish on light line.

  • Not many people know about bonefish in SD bay. The real secret is the back bay Jack Crevalle.

  • Shh

  • Thanx man. Bring that Quantum combo on over. Tag it though. It may blend in with all the other Quantums on my boat.

  • nice spotties

  • even fish & game doesn't know theres bonefish in the bay.

  • Hey, why are you not winding in with right handed fixed spool reel, like you do with American multipliers?

    What is the difference?

  • James is great! While we were targeting bonefish that day, we caught 7 other species, including the shark, a skate, a few small halibut and croakers, and a bunch of spotted bay bass.

But bonefish right here in San Diego Bay? What a treat.

  • I think I have a Quantum rod/reel combo that's needing some saltwater lovin!!!! Great vids James!! You go Brother!
