  • Do you think that swimming in 17 degrees waters with air temperature around 17-20 degrees be an easy thing to do for everyone?

  • There is a difference; When water is very cold it makes a small panic affect (as you clearly hear in the video :), your blood starts to run and heart to beat... When you get up from very cold water you actually feel very warm!

    The temperatures you mention can be sometimes even harder....

  • The air is -15. The water is maybe 2 c... (usually the water can be around 4, but since this is fastly running river, it gets a bit colder)

  • You can not swim in ice! And water must be around 0 degrees Celsius on the icy lake.

  • it is between 4 and -0

    depends as close you are of the ice level.

    still, that difference has really not so big meaning...
