  • @Ugandangirl it is: shahi jeera : black cumin. more of an acquired taste than regular cumin. but makes the dish look elegant as he said.

    not to be confused with black seed ( nigella sativa)

  • Chef, can I use ghee to sauté and minus all the ingredients except milk & saffron? Can I add rose water to it?
