a couple people asked what i do to stretch so here are some normal things i do but i hold them longer than in the vid until i feel that the muscles get the stretching they need. sorry its hard to hear what im saying but it doesnt matter too much since you can see everything im doing. advice is awesome if you got it :)

  • You know how you got into your backbend and got onto your elbows, and then you went even farther? Well how do you even do that?? I can't even get onto my elbows yet. D; like I try to lower myself and then I freak out cause it feels like I'm going to fall on my face..

  • @LAZYTARD with stretching your back a lot it gets easier! its still somewhat painful because its a really deep stretch but with constant work on it youll get farther and farther. and as for the faceplanting fear, fold a blanket or grab a pillow just in case ;)

  • hahah wow! I wanna learn how to do the splits! lucky! I did a bunch of stretches and stuff during the summer & got really flexible but i cant do the splits still! im really close! but i wanna be able to do it both ways! ahhh! How long did it take u to learn to do the splits?

  • @chrisbrownlvr23 ive been able to do the splits for a very long time so i cant remember but you should check out my video on stretching! those stretches are my favorites for progressing in the splits

  • @snyddy Oi. Contortionism is a very fun art, no? But yes, I do every single one of these before preformances. It helps a great deal to do the back bend where your face is on the ground on a soft surface, or you'll get a crick in your neck in a jiffy. You should also try Yoga, it helps tendons and ligaments become flexible over a short amount of time. By the way, thanks a million, mate for the tutorial
