Toe drops are really good to get your ankles warmed up as well.
1. Begin with your hands on your hips to help maintain your balance.
2. When you're ready, simply lift one toe off the floor and tap it back down, leaving your heel down on the floor the entire time.
3. Alternate feet as you tap.
The next exercise is a heel drop.
1. Lift your heel off the floor and tap it back down, leaving your toe down on the floor the entire time.
2. Alternate feet as you tap.
Feel free to do these double time to practice on your speed.
