  • It's cloudy on the approach so you can't see the runway.

  • Fantastic landing!

  • How does it work? Just google it and I'm sure you'll find enough results to answer your question.

In FS put ILS frequency into the NAV1(some a/c have it's own radio (space) where you can put the ILS frequency in, depending wich a/c you are using) and when you're approaching the ILS press APP on your autopilot and the aircraft should intercept the LLZ and GS correctly.

If you want something more, just PM me and I'll be glad to help you. :)

  • @rileyturkey ILS approaches are actually used on a daily basis. It doesn't HAVE to be stormy or foggy...

  • Smoother than Chuck Norris' chat up lines

  • @sebacapo455 By addon im referring to jet or turbo prop aircraft.

  • @sebacapo455 the GPWS system is available in most, if not all addon aircraft, you can also use FS passengers.

  • noob filming 1/5*

  • Look on the map, click on the airport you want to land and write down the Nav Frequency and Heading for the mentioned runway. Put the data in your Radio Console (NAV1) and feed the heading into the course selector (A/P Console).

Then switch your Flight Display to NAV and ILS will come when you´re near the airport (~20nm) Hope i could help..

  • How does ILS works? i tried it many times, but i had never been successful. Can anybody explain me how to make it work???
