  • @TivonaPretty mostly from Trader Joes or Whole Foods...but you can find quite a few of them in the "organic" aisle of regular grocery stores (the coconuts, Mary's Gone Crackers, hummus and carrots is available everywhere.) The bee pollen is something you can get at Whole Foods or online.

  • @trunx762 Hey there! I'm half Puerto Rican, but ethnic background doesn't have as much to do with it as nutrition. In Puerto Rico, there are many different shapes and sizes, some thin women, some curvy women etc. (although I do gain fast if I'm not 100%onpoint) 80% of the results are going to come from the kitchen :) A GOOD PLACE TO START- My "weight loss in a hurry" video. and also my "tupperware trick" video. Those show what fitness models and figure competitors do to get lean, and stay lean.

  • note about the sunflower seed butter: for those of us who aren't on a gluten free diet, if you're looking to put sunflower seed butter on toast or in a sandwich, you're better off with either peanut butter, soy nut butter, etc. the amino acids in sunflower seeds are the same as in wheat, so you don't get a complete protein. with butter from legumes or nuts, you do get a complete protein.
