@kaninen25 we don't do a lot of exotics where I work , so that's about the worst stuff we machine.We do some 4300 series items and some 4140 , and once in a while some Nace casting.

@cncdaddy Nah, 316 is pretty ok, what's merciless is Titan grade 5, I hate machining that material, even when we use a CP200 we have to change edges on it every 250mm with a 3mm cut. Well, a step above that I guess Inconel is, worst.. material.. ever. If it's old (Like it's been lying around for 3-4weeks) It's the hardest and most variating metal you can turn or mill in.
