The Republic of China (Taiwan) International Cooperation and Development Fund describes some of their humanitarian assistance and training programs in allies in Africa, Latin America, and Asia. From housing projects in Nicaragua to earthquake relief in El Salvador to agricultural training in Burkina Faso to providing antiviral drugs for Vietnam, the democratic government and people of Taiwan show their friendship to all cultures of the world, with millions of dollars and manpower devoted to helping others.
