And without so many people clogging up our jails and court system for committing fake made up "crimes", there might actually be room for real criminals who pay real penalties for doing things that DO harm other.

@greywolf424: As it is now, people are lulled to sleep by the false sense of "safety" that all of these ridiculous statutes, codes, rules, regulations, ordinances, creates. Without this fake safety blanket do you think you would see so many people drinking their cell phones while talking to their Starbuck's and checking their hair in the mirror and oh yeah what else am I doing, oh that's right, driving!?

if a traffic citation is a violation, WHO is the injured party? Who or what has been infringed? Who's right has been breached? Who has been ravished?
If an injured party cannot be produced, then how can traffic citations be issued at all?
