The next in a line of many 2007 reviews that Project COE's Justin Joseph has wanted to clear out of his work list. Naruto: Path of the Ninja is a functional Nintendo DS RPG.....wait, what?!

And hello to you ^_^ For a portion of the game, your team is comprised only of the ninja characters available to you. I can't remember if there are six or eight total, but the further you progress, the more you unlock, so you can mess with who's in and who's not.

Path of the Ninja 2 is also available, I just haven't gotten around to playing it yet ;)

good game bosses are COMPLETELY fucked up. im on the boss where its naruto against 2 guys

my review: quite good story, gets addicting until you defeat shukaku....then you got 90-95% of the game completed....then all you can do is train/get useless items and thats about it....and you only get 6 people to have a teammates(not counting naruto).....and what dumb about that is theres 5 empty spaces in the character select screen....wtf............

hey can someone help me why cant i use any of sasukes jutsu or whatever after i get that cursed seal the only stuff i can use is his lions barrage and the demon wind shuriken? i can use anything else please help

This game broke my DS lite hinge!!! Whenever I was in the Forest of Death It bwoked!!! THIS IS A DEMON GAME!!!! But... I still loved it and I got Naruto path of the ninja 2.... Fun stuff...Fun stuff...

No problem...and considering I'm a fellow Naruto fan, I'll certainly pursue reviews for those titles as well. Keep in mind though that all this requires time. 20+ AAA games over the span of two months is unbelievably difficult.

You'll see reviews for all the industry's great games, it's just a matter of when.

It's unfortunate that we have to be late with some games, but we're a completely volunteer-driven site...which gives us our unique reputation ;) We do what we do without being paid.

You certainly can ask. Just about everything releasing that's worthwhile between now and the end of the year will be reviewed by Project COE. We'll definitely have written articles, and do our best to have video content as well.

First of all, thanks for the sentiments. As for reviewing the sequel, I very much plan to do so, it's just unfortunately not on my immediate radar. Since us journalists have just entered "insane season", we have to focus on the holiday's big-name releases.

I'll see what I can do to review the game by the end of the year though :) There's nothing else I can really do haha!
