@griffmk Shut the fuck up, its not that easy to choose your job. Many of us hate our jobs and get sad when you yell at us. We bother you for maybe a few seconds, but we suffer for 8 hours on a normal shift. Think for a second that its actually a human being on the other side of the line.
Sometimes when im really tired and upset I curse at customers just cause it makes me feel better.

You're all scum! Get off your fat lazy arses and walk round. That way, we can see your face, then tell you to f*ck off!!. Your jobs are numbered, we'll have methods on our phones to warn us of sales.. hahaha!

Thanks, interesting, I do this job myself, I'm average, not the best not the worst, it's not easy I must say, I tell you honestly what really inspires me more than anything, it's actually listening to a talented sales person on the phone, because, yes, we can learn from lectures and someone training us but to me nothing beats someone who's amongst the best at it actually getting on the phone and demonstrating, and they make it look simple rather than complicated which is important.
