    Japan liberalized more much later than 45. They kept a unqiue

    economic model. After WWII Japan become the second largest economy. How you can attack the US for that is laughable. The bomb is another, important issue which I may agree with you on.

  • And obviously this free market of Japan that's in trouble was imposed by the Americans by using a nuclear bomb in 1945.

  • You should all know that AFP's economists, and on any news channel ever, represent the right-wing and have dismissed another schools of economics other than free market liberalist capitalism. That's why all Richard Jerram is saying is biased. Weak figures means less profit for me and a shift to an alternative economic model. Unless the right-wing responds to the crash of free markets by blocking economic improvement other than free market.
