WOW! Someone who gets the 7.50 100m LEGITAMATELY! Good camera placement to prove you're not cheating!
I, well, not that fast.
In my hayday, I could get to 1200cm/sec hitting the run buttons 3 times/second (3 times each, at 2 seconds). My timing was good enough to make that work, and amaze people. That was when the game was big in the arcades.

@FlyHec OK thanks. Would be interesting to see how quick 100m would be with the second button getting a similar speed.!!!

Hey, I love your finger roll, I always went with my outside fingers first and never made it under my goal of 8 secs for 100m. I notice you only use 1 run button, does it make a difference?

@purpletin Most people that do this do it the way you do. And I'm not sure if 1 button or 2 buttons is better. It's just that most machines I played BITD only had 1 good button if they even had a good button. The other thing the 1 button does for me is it keeps my timing. I've tried with 2 buttons and dont stay in sync. On 1 button I can only have one hand go across the button followed by the other. Rather that get all screwed up trying 2 buttons.

@purpletin You would have to avoid both buttons being pressed at the same time to be effective. Both buttons act as one so it's almost impossible to do.

I remember the "fast guys" back in the 80's using the small bic-comb technique... Do you guys know anything about that?

@TIGERSDFW I used to use a comb back in the day. I also had a nice 1/2 mac wrench that worked out nicely. I used to see it all. Rubbing a wallet across the buttons, electric toothbrush, pencil and comb to name a few.

i have the arcade machine in my basement but with the rolling balls not the buttons, and i can get 7.85. does the high score reset if you turn it off though?

There is a dip switch setting to save the scores if your battery still works.
