Your huge breasts are turning me on, but the moment you started talking about Linux I lost interest. Good day.

@TheGNUfan Just typing my thoughts for others who see this video. I understand you don't get source, just object code with the headers, a license to use, or nothing at all. On the issue of ethics, the way I stated it has nothing to do with ethics. To make myself clear...there is nothing unethical about proprietary software. To say that it's a hostile act when a person decides to keep information from you is ridiculous. Not every bit of information in this world needs to be out, open, and free.

@TheGNUfan Interesting, thanks for the info. Jeremy Allison seems to think free software and open source are the same thing. Also, I'm not a huge free software fan in the sense that I really don't see software as an issue of freedom as a big deal.Programmers who want to sell code and keep it from others who don't pay have the right to do so. It's not an issue of ethics and a hostile act that Stallman makes it out to be.

@Plissken07 You can install Gnuzilla Icecat. It's that same thing as Mozilla's Firefox, but with the non-free bits removed.

Firefox is not free software. It's open source.

When introducing someone to free software, I think it's good to elaborate that with proprietary software the user is getting only a license to use it, with free software the user gets more rights, a better deal. It's an insurance for the user, even if the original developer drops the project, someone else could take over.
I am all for free software but how would someone like me, an indie developer make a living from creating free software?

The same way that I do. People pay you to create software that is useful to them. Get a contract to create the software, make sure they pay you - most likely they won't care if the resulting software is Free Software or not, so long as they get to use it. As a bonus it's likely they'll get enhancements for free if the code is Free Software, as others who find it useful will contribute.

First a blog (yes, I know they're articles!) and now video blogging! The end of the world is surely upon us. :)
