  • I like you you make alot of sense the beating.was horrible my best friend is trans with seizures so it broke my n heart if they didn't know she was trans its not a hate crime legally I disagree with you on the mcdonalds guy its called 911

  • cuuuuutee to boooooot :)

  • Intelligent

I hate "hate crime" laws because they are applied in a bias manner. If a blk beats a blk and says -igga I am gon' kill you, this is not a hate crime. However, if a blk gets into a fight with a white and out of ignorance or street parlance says cracker I am gon' kill you! That's a damn hate crime even though the blk has no malice against white folks as a whole but because they said cracker in a ghetto way . . . hate crime! Also, blk rarely the victims of hate crimes . . . why?

  • laughed every time she or he said mmmmmK

  • the way i see it, this woman(the beater) didn't really commit a crime, it is like charging an animal with a crime because it attacked another animal....she doesn't know better than that...she should live at the zoo where they keep the different animals separated...well she is in the zoo now, she is doing 5 years in the pen....when she comes out they should put her in the zoo that is where she belongs.....

  • it was not a hate crime...it was a ghetto crime simple as that!!! you could also call it a jungle crime ...that is what happens when you live in the zoo...what is worse? a hate crime or a zoo crime? and i wonder how come that McDonald's did not have zoo keepers?

  • Road rage/ passive aggression..like the cut off motivating a crime..it's always the extreme cases that cause legislation to be passed..but then the tactics tend to become more passive aggressive..which of course instigations are harder to prove let alone prosecute unlike the action itself..it gets very gray here..its nice that you were able to shed some light on those distinctions, the overlap and on some of the gray..hearsay is another big 1..good on looking at the "totality" of the situation.

  • @busboysanalogy Me stating Crissy belief point was not to define a hatecrime but to support what Teonna say was her original motive which was not bias to trans but about a boy. I and many others have pleaded guilty to crime we didn't commit for a deal of a more lenient punishment. Pleas dont alway match with truth. I know the reason why the plea was made... My video is based on what i have been told, seen, and what I believe is true.. no need for modification. You believe what ever you want

  • @busboysanalogy i clearly explained why the change n story on both side...i talked to the mom and the victim just as personally...so that negate and bias that you can imply only bias that could be left is that im trans like Crissy. But i know either one of them but when the story broke. i befriend all of them i both parties 1 -2 days after to get real information...not altered or adjusted for press and legal purposes. Luckily for me this happen in an area that i am familiar with.
