@swiffstep The inards is called the crab butter. The organs of crab have alot of fat in them so they call them either brains or fat. And although it's not strictly brains, it's a general term for the organs on the crab which can include the liver as well.

isnt that crab fat? crabs have pretty big brains for their size if the commentator is correct. everytime ive had crab this was always considered the fat...?

sharkfin isnt that good i had some in one of the best restaurants in singapore when i went there its just expensive good but i prefere any good steak!
